Possibly a new template. You could designate a special design team to design flash buttons (such as memberlist, FAQ buttons), to make new rank bars that are custom to us, to make a new quote button (etc.)

Another thing this team could do is make a template and then have a coder code the template. Custom templates are win.

You wouldn't need a rank for this, but maybe just post it in a certain category saying (Recruiting Designers) and have them show an example piece of artwork.

Pretty cool, maybe find a nicer set? And also make custom ones. A special user bar for Mods, Contributors, Admins, Crew, etc.

Yeah, I like the idea. But still need a nice set or else is doesn't fit with the correct theme. You could make custom ones O.o

You need to communicate to be admins. Possibly you need more team people, new admins, better ways of cmmunicating... the sites crahsing fast....
